Return Policy
At Vorris.nl, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we kindly ask you to contact us. Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with the products purchased through our suppliers. Should you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team for immediate assistance.
How to Return (Part of) Your Order
If you decide to return products within the 30-day cooling-off period, we will refund the full order amount within five working days after receiving the returned product. However, please note that return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
Follow these steps to return your product(s):
- Send an email to infovorris@gmail.com, stating that you wish to return your order or part of it.
- Wait for a response from our customer service to confirm whether your return can be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, please package the product carefully and securely, preferably in the original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Share the Track & Trace code with our customer service team.
- Once the package is received and inspected, we will refund the amount for the returned products via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Sealed products whose seal has been broken.
- Products custom-made to the consumer’s specifications.
- Products of a personal nature.
- Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
- Due to COVID-19 hygiene measures, products in the categories "Beauty," "Kids & Baby," and "Sports" cannot be returned.

Canceling Orders
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. Our orders are processed immediately in the system, making cancellations no longer feasible.
Damaged Products Upon Receipt
We regret the inconvenience! Occasionally, a product may get damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, returns are no longer accepted.
To resolve the issue promptly, please send an email with a photo clearly showing the damaged part of the item. Optimal photos display the damaged area on a flat surface with the label and damage clearly visible. This information helps us assist with your order and prevent such errors in the future.
For damaged products, we offer a one-time replacement package but cannot provide a refund. If the replacement product is also damaged, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Manufacturing Defects or Faults After Use
We’re sorry for the trouble! Occasionally, a manufacturing defect may occur, resulting in a faulty product. In such cases, the component may no longer meet the standards set by the manufacturer. Please note that wear-and-tear items are excluded from claims related to manufacturing defects. These include:
- Drive belts
- Batteries
- Brake pads, brake discs, brake linings, brake drums
- Chains, lights, sprockets, tires, and tubes
- Moving parts in the broadest sense

Delivery of Incorrect Products
We strive to process all orders accurately. However, if an error occurs and you receive the wrong product, we will resolve the issue and send the correct order to you at no additional cost.

Delivery When Absent or to a Post Office
If a package is delivered to your door or a post office, these costs are covered by Vorris.nl. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund amount.
Damaged Products
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your product is damaged during transport, we are happy to provide a free replacement for the first time, but we cannot offer a refund. If the product is damaged a second time, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Lost Package
If a package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will first send a replacement package before applying our refund and return policy.
Import Duties
In certain cases, customs may inspect your package upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over changes in regulations effective from July 1, 2021. Occasionally, customs may charge a small import duty fee. However, we assure you that in 99% of cases, these fees do not apply. If customs charges are incurred, please contact us.
